Returns & Exchanges

At Nestor Liquor, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to state regulations, returns on alcoholic beverages are subject to specific legal restrictions and restocking fees.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  • 3.
    Pack Securely

    Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the bottles are cushioned securely to prevent breakage during transit.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; once we inspect the returned inventory, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
