Aging a minimum of three years before releasing Extra Añejo, it has an even richer color, aroma and flavor. The result is a multi-layered palate of sweet oak, pepper and butterscotch that finishes with a full bodied lingering complexity highlighted by notes of vanilla, oak and sweet cooked agave.
